| subject: | Re: D-Link wireless router (Glenn Meadows et. al.) |
From: Chris Note: Never is not a looooong time, since it was qualified with "Since I have had the D-Link". I forgot to mention that I saw a linksys cable modem die too last year. Anyhow, I've not personally used linksys for my switches/routers at home. I know better. ;) I have a redhat 6.1 firewall that was compromised, then a Netgear RT-314 for 3 yrs, then a Siemens Speedstream 2624 (not bad, but dies on me in Nov 04, less than 1 yr old), now a D-Link DI-624 and my mom has a DI-604. I have a D-Link 5 port 10/100 switch that is working like gangbusters too.
