The show opens with a fan holding a Valentines day sign for Cory and Brian.
They announce that they have a big announcement on an old Memphis Wrestling
Tradition.

Rocky Johnson comes with two Southern Title belts,an older version of the
belt that he used to wear and a version to be awarded to the winner of the
tourney.  There will be a 15 person battle royal today with the winner
getting not only a bye in the tourney but a doubleby.

The first match today is the Bad Boys Vs Derrick King and Kevin White.
Derrick King makes pin.

They show Jerry Lawler showing up in a yellow Humvee.   He jokes that he
could of run over somebody.  I just hit some steroid muscle bound goof and
somebody on crutches and wearing an arm brace.

The second match of the day is Bart Sawyer Vs Koonta.
Winner:Koonta

They show a fan with a Rock Doll.

Jerry Lawler comes out and mentions that he was  in the hot spot of the
country, Fort Myers Fla. and that it was 85.  He wishes everyone a Happy
Valentines day.  He tries to have a presence on the show every week but it
is nothing like being live in the studio every week.  I have unpleasant
with Brian Christopher in that he is acting like an idiot.  I want to ask
him face to face.  What is up with that?  Brian Christopher comes out.
Lawler asks.  What is that stupid look on your face?  Brian Christopher then
asks Why did you call me out here.  Jerry Lawler then says you turned your
back on your fans when you won the TV Title.  Why did you turn on fans?
Brian Christopher, You called me out to ask why I turned my back out on
these people who supported me?  I did not turn my back on these people.
There was no back to turn on.  They never supported me in the first place.
Jerry Lawler,  This is a microphone, you do not have to scream.  You can
talk in it in a normal voice.I was on both sides with the fans and against
the fans.  It is better to have fans.  Brian Christopher , What have these
fans done for you?  Have they ever given you anything?  Lawler, You mean
like a present?  Christopher, I scream because these people are stupid.  The
fans start a Brian sucks chant.  Lawler mentions that some of the fans in
the front row have given Brian Christopher presents and that Linda Goodman
have given you a Santa bag of presents from fans.  I challenge you to a TV
title match with the fans behind me.  Brian Christopher,  Why should I
wrestle you because you have everything to gain and I have everything to
lose.  Jerry Lawler, Are you a chicken?  Christopher,  I saw you drive up in
a yellow Hummer.  I will put up the TV Title against your Hummer.  Are you a
chicken?  The fans then do a Jerry chant.  Jerry says that it does not
belong to him, that he is test-driving it but he can buy it because of the
fans.

The third match of the day is Sexy Assassin # 7 Vs Tracy Smothers.
Winner:Tracy Smothers.

The fourth match of the day is a 15 man battle royal. In the match are  Bart
Sawyer, El Pancho, Way LO, Pokerface, Derrick King, Lifeguard Dustin Starr,
Alan Steele, Koonta, Sir Mo, Kevin White, and Bad Boys.  The last two
grapplers in the ring are Mable and The Sexy Assassin # 7.  Mable pins the
Assassin.  A fan hands Mable a Happy Birthday sign.

The fifth and final match of the day is for the UPN 30 TV title.  Jerry
Lawler(Challenger but Putting up Yellow Humvee) Vs Brian
Christopher(Champion).  Cory mentions that a TV news crew out of channel 12
of out Cape Girardeau MO is in taping a piece on Memphis Wrestling.
Christopher throws Lawler on the referee during the match.  The fans start a
Brian Sucks chant.  Brian puts on his Too Cool shades and attempts the UPN
30 drop off the rafters.  Lawler piledrives Christopher and attempts to pin
Christopher but the referee is out.  Lawler does another piledriver but
Christopher lowblows Lawler.  The Sexy assassin runs in and gets on the of
the turnbuckle with a chair and tries to hit Lawler with a chair but hits
Christopher accidentally.  Lawler tries for the pin but the referee is still
out.  Coach from WWE Raw runs in and hits Lawler and Brian Christopher makes
the pin.
Winner:Brian Christopher.

Lawler then explains his case with the referee that Coach from the WWE
interfered and the fans agree with him.  The referee does not believe him
saying that he was hit on the head too hard that Coach is in the WWE and
that this is Memphis Wrestling.  Mable drags out Coach and the referee hands
Lawler back the keys to the Humvee.
Winner:Via dq Jerry Lawler
Mable drags Coach in the ring and Lawler gets in the ring.
