telephone call or part thereof!!  This includes:



        - mobile phones

        - cordless phones

        - trunked radio

        - "patched" calls

        - 27MHz sea phone

        - ship-to-shore

        - RFDS

        - etc.



What you have said above applies to all (non-public) radio transmissions

*other* than phone calls, including:



        - police

        - fire

        - ambulance

        - SES

        - airports

        - other govt & private users
