Matt Hardy would go back to Smackdown. I'm really curious if he stays
on Raw for Lita. So far his jump to Raw has been deadly for his
career. Or at least give him Shannon Moore back as his MFer. The guy
is back to jobbing on Velocity anyway.
Hurricane would go to Smackdown for the Cruiserweight division. Rob
Van Dam could wrestle main events on Smackdown, and he needs a frsh
start. Actually a lot of wrestlers could need a fresh start in WWE.

I think they will add stipulations to the lottery. They can't put half
the cruiserweight division on Raw.
I think either Triple H or Randy Orton will switch brands. They
already hinted at a split of Evolution. They could try Orton as a
singles competitor on Smackdown or they could move Triple H out of his
way on Raw.
Rob Van Dam will switch brands. He isn't going anywhere on Raw and WWE
knows it.
Kane and the Undertaker should be on the same roster, if they don't
want to kill Kane with his Wrestlemania loss. While Kane could fill
the monster heel role on Smackdown I think they will switch the Taker
to Raw.

WWE needs to to do something about the tag team scene. So I'd say WGTT
and the Dudley Boys change places.

All right, I don't know about the rest right now. Lance Storm should
be on Smackdown. The FBI could go to Raw. I'd say bring back Sean
O'Haire to get a spot in Evolution if the group loses a member due to
the split.
