Dr. Fox's column in our paper tells me what I have thought all along!
there is no such thing as 'dog food' and human food' outside the fact
some foods we eat are deadly to dogs and not to good for us either
when eaten in excess. All food is FOOD. Humans and dogs have simalar
needs and we re both omnivores.

Did you know that while chocolate, raisons (don't mention this to some
peopele as they'll have a major meltdown at you)- onions and in some
dogs - garlic can be harmful (I think over a long run and if they eat
a lot of it)- ALSO can be harmful to people with heart/kidney
problems? I didn't know this.
