Because you might want it bad enough to pay to upgrade the switches etc.
tHey kept trying to sell me dsl out in the country before they'd upgraded
the switches around where I lived.

I'll eventually buy for the business and pay
whatever it takes.  Then the bbs will be telnet accessible as well.
I"m also in a town now, the county seat so I"m sure there is dsl
here.

Qwest is one of the worst imho.  I get a darned good deal from bellsouth,
even if they are sorry they offered it to me .
