you must have an ongoing connection to be a host... (ie. rogers wave or in
your area, a cable modem)
any internet company will get ticked off at you for staying connected for a
long time, so your best bet is to.. get cable internet, and setup a telnet
server on your bbs... so people can call in from inet and dialup modem..
