| subject: | Re: D-Link wireless router (Glenn Meadows et. al.) |
From: Chris Ewwww. You said Linksys. As I have blabbed about somewhere else within this news server, I worked at a place that used a Linksys WAP and I had to power cycle that thing at least 1-2 times/day. I had a friend who went through 3 of their router/gateway devices. Since I have had the D-Link, I've NEVER had a problem. Netgear is generally good too. I just don't like some of their cosmetic styles. /Chris Richard B. wrote: > On Wed, 30 Mar 2005 10:37:07 -0600, "Glenn Meadows" > wrote: > > >>No, didn't see that when I bought.... my Linksys WAP's died one day >>(actually they died about 4 days apart, we had 2 running), and I replaced >>them with this one D-Link so I could use the G connection. > > > So I see why your aren't enamored with Linksys.
