Yeah, but it's for a good cause. Moving the warm air down helps to cool
it so that you maintain a mean room tempurture, meanwhile in the winter,
moving the warm air down helps to keep you warm and the room temperature
at a comforatable level. Running the fan is more efficient use of the
system, allowing the AC or Heating unit to run less often.
