I believe Ron Moore has said outright that it's not Adama or Roslin,
but then again we know he can lie (he did say that Starbuck was dead,
after all, but then again, maybe she was).  Ron Moore must be part
Minbari in that sense.

I think of all the main characters, Roslin is the most likely, but if
you include secondary characters I think that it's probably Gaeta over
Roslin.

One other consideration is that when the fleet found the derelict
basestar which had been infected by the human probe in S3, none of
those that came in contact with the infected Cylons became sick.  So,
if Moore remains consistent, then that would rule out both Adamas and
Helo.  Roslin and Gaeta were never in contact with them, however...
