Incleded in the ../sbbs/exec folder there is sbbsecho_upgrade.js.  That will
convert your existing .cfg file to the newer .ini fild and rename the .cfg file
to .old.

at a ../sbbs/exec command prompt, type:

jsexec sbbsecho_upgrade.js

echocfg 3.17 will now recognize it.
