Question about ECHOCFG on Synchronet version 3.17



I've been used to Synchronet using sbbsecho.cfg as the configuration file and

using ECHOCFG to configure it. It appears that 3.17 now uses sbbsecho.ini.



When I try to use ECHOCFG  to configure Fidonet, it complains that sbbsecho.ini

in the \sbbs\ctrl directory isn't there. (BTW, I'm running everything off the E

drive, if that makes  a difference). 



Should the file already be there? Or should I need to create  it first? Or

didit  not create when I did the installation and the upgade to the latest dev

builds?



Just wondering what I'm doing wrong or what files I'm missing that I need.
