Lee, all you have to do is open the pages of your Bible and read. You don't
need to see the very Face of God. Needing that kind of proof is not exercising
or demonstrating faith. God expects us to have faith. As I have shared many
times before with my readers:

"Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not
seen . . . But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that
cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them
that diligently seek him . . . So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing
by the word of God . . . Jesus saith unto him, Thomas, because thou hast
seen me, thou hast believed: blessed are they that have not seen, and yet
have believed."
Hebrews 11:1, 6, Romans 10:17, John 20:29, KJV

It all comes down to faith.

Lee, if you are going to wait until you have something in your hands that is
written by the very Hand of God, before you believe, then you are going to be
waiting for a very l-o-n-g time. I am fully aware of the history of the Bible.
As I have stated before, I have written several articles about it which you
can find on our Endtime Prophecy Net website. All I can tell you, is that if
you start reading the Bible, particularly the New Testament -- simply because
the Gospels are easier reading -- you will know in your heart whether or not
it is true. As Jesus said:

"My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:"
John 10:27, KJV

God's Word will call out to you, from the pages of the Bible, and tug at your
heart.

Again, your problem is that Satan -- the adversary -- has filled your mind and
heart with doubts. That is his job; to deceive you, and to lie to you, and to
convince you that God is not real, and that the Bible is not His Word, and
that Jesus is not the Son of God and the Savior of the world. Well, as the
Apostle James wrote:

"Submit yourselves therefore to God. Resist the devil, and he will flee from
you."
James 4:7, KJV

And as Jesus Himself said of Satan:

". . . He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth,
because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his
own: for he is a liar, and the father of it."
John 8:44b, KJV

Lee, that isn't completely true. I believe what I believe because I have
become convinced of it through reading God's Word. As I shared earlier, faith
comes by hearing -- or reading -- the Word of God. Again, your main problem
appears to be an issue of faith. I can't help you in that department. All I
can do is share with you what the Bible says. You will have to arrive at your
own conclusions. You are a free moral agent with the freedom of choice. Please
choose wisely.
