A recent item in the news is that the federal government (i.e., the
taxpayers) is now paying medical schools to *NOT* train doctors.
I'm still trying to figure out how reducing the supply of medical
care will lower its cost and make it more readily available.
Apparently I wasn't trained at the Clintonian school of economics.
