Hello:
I can believe that there are people in this world that would be
unscrupulous enough to steal organs from live donors, but I dont
think they would really care if the donor lived or died
afterwards.
The other problem is they may be going around stealing organs but
have to find someone willing to pay for them and tissue matching
is  very important here.
The shelf life of organs is only hours after they are removed
from the donor so a very fancy marketing system would need to be
set up .
You might want to forward a copy of the message to the local
police chief or district attorney or hospitals for comment.
