Win 3.1 programs are supposed to run in Win95 already.  Otherwise, you need 
to rewrite your code to use the Win32 API, and use a Win32 compiler.  Turbo 
C++ 4.5 might do this, but somehow I doubt you have that version.  You need 
to tell us which compiler you're using.  :-)
