 Well SOme of us aren't into the investment game. Some of us just want
a home.. A place to call home. To make as a home. That's all. :) And
it's better to be small, if you want to enjoy living at all.

Here's another thing. Those big houses so close to each other have big
windows blinds always closed... what's their to look at anyway? I like
to see out of doors... have the blinds open... but in Texas what's
there to look at. But the sky can be pretty, mostly sunny and blue.

Point is. Why even have windows if they're just going to cover them up
(of course to save energy and ensure privacy ...)
