their past.  Sometimes these special recipes get lost.  This section is to help
people who are looking for lost recipes from their past.  If you submit a
request, please include the geographical region where you tasted the recipe.

Here's a request for a fresh apple cake made in an 8X8 glass pan in microwave

My aunt used to serve a wonderful moist cake that she prepared with coffee for
drop in guests.  Anyone have the recipe? Foolishly dreamed I could always eat
it at my aunt's.  It's the time of year for making it again.
