Make sure if NOPATHCHECK is in your sbbsecho.cfg, you remove that as well. The
circular detection has to be enabled in order to disable forwarding it to
links.

So, just in case (I had it set, and caught it after looking at it a couple
times):

Take out (if exists): NOPATHCHECK
Add ................: NOCIRCULARFWD
