In this Globalised world?, maybe, Do They actually still own the right to use
that descriptive term on a commercial basis still?.

And prevents one having to use Toothpicks, Tweesers and other pointy things?,
indeed, although another thing that would come in handy would a flowing river
and/or a model that does not mind getting dirty, or even a photographer who does
not mind getting dirty.
