The problem isn't with the modem or the flash upgrade.  The problem is
with FrontDoor. Read FronDoor's docs...modem speeds above 28800 are not
recognized by FrontDoor.  You need to make some adjustments to
FrontDoor's connect reports and trick FrontDoor into thinking that it
detects the speed as 28800 instead of 33600 or whatever.
