With all the amendments, it's not really intact, is it? But how well is it
conforming to the original idea?
Take for instance the second amendment that is the main reason for all the
gun violence in USA. It starts with "A well regulated militia...". Doesn't that
mean that the rest of the amendment should only concern the well regulated
militia and not every gun crazy redneck idiot in the country?
