On the contrary, they know quite a bit. Getting through the rhetoric is
the trick.

They weren't gripping about the profits, but the 'bonus' money paid to
somebody who doesn't do anything to produce the profits. i.e. a CEO is
overhead, propped up by real labor and production.

When they talk of profits, their bottom line is reduced by writing off
certain of the investments and costs of doing business that the company
has made. The actual numbers would blow you away.

He has done nothing to earn that money.

An unusual amount of bloat, considering his salary.

I don't believe everything I hear and only 1/2 of what I read. If it were
as simple as that, why is the government now investigating the oil
companies for price gouging?
