Depends on the size of the tank, whether it's a high-pressure
tank or a "normal" pressure tank, type of burst disk, etc.
All tanks have their operating pressure stamped onto the neck
at the time of manufacture, and most folks filling the tanks
will never fill beyond 10% above that limit.
