MR> Would it be allowed to post questions about borlands C++Builder in here
MR> ? If so would there be any point ( Have many people got it ? )
I bought a Sams book entitled _Teach Yourself C++Builder in 21 Days_ by
Kent Reisdorph and Ken Henderson, 1997, which has the lessons and a 4.52
version of the compiler which they say will expire in 60 days. It may have
been money wasted because I'm mostly a hobbyst dabbler and I found that IDE
much more complicated than anything I'd ever encountered. Also, even a small
program generates HUGE files and I'm not sure I want to jump into that right
now when I'm still working on C++. My hope is that if all is wiped clean
sometime down the line I could still re-install the program from the CD-ROM
and start over again. The book doesn't do a very good job of teaching the
se
of the environment editor.
If this is off-topic in here and you want to write me about it I can be
e_mailed at "frankmas@juno.com."
Sincerely,
Frank
