Probably correctly. Manitoba is lucky that way, no precip. change and 
slightly 
higher temperatures predicted, and it seems to be true, certainly the winter 
is a 
lot warmer this year than last. Only two -30 nights so far, and up to -10 
this 
morning, positively balmy
