not always possible... consider an echo which has its moderators based from
Doc's Place BBS which apparently doesn't allow users access to any netmail
at all... i wonder, sometimes, about the sysop having access to netmail as
well... i can think of at least 5 or 6 netmails i've sent to him that have
never been responded to... of course, that doesn't mean that he didn't get
them but what i was writing about also never changed (recent netmail
concerning origin line being too long and cutting off his bbs' url)
