* EleBBS Support List

Ok, I did stumble upon this last night while searching, but correct me if 
I'm wrong, I thought that this only worked for web-page based operations.  I 
need this to work for elebbs.exe (I'm not using any form of web-page bbs 
software)  And if this will work for me, where would I place the file?  I 
can't seem to find extended info on this.  Thank you.
