I looked at that. I would doubt that I could pass it either (at 100%).
In fact, I have to say that there are enough questions there which are
so ambiguous as to have any answer be called wrong. The ten minute time
limit is ridiculous. Plus, I do not see how any of the questions have
anything to do with being able to cast a legitimate vote.
