     Let's see.  There is this big blue super hero, who has a sidekick
named Arthur....



     Seriously though, "tic" is a way to do "file
echoes" in roughly the same fashion that squish handles normal
"message echoes".  Authorized people can "hatch" a file
into one of these "file echoes", and everyone signed up for this
"echo" will have the same binary show on their system. With
additional software (sometimes referred to as "raid"), you can
even have these file echoes auto-update download areas on your BBS.  For
example, maybe you are signed up for a file echo dedicated to Maximus
utilities, and you want to auto-add files in this echo to a download area
(on your BBS) which is also dedicated to Maximus utility. With the right
software, this can be done automatically, so you don't have to manually add
the arriving files to your download areas.  Oh yeah, tic.cfg is the control
file for tic (as well as some of the "tic clones" like say
"seal").
