Yeah, thats the thing.  By a few users, I mean I have 4 users, using the
same IP all playing in Usurper.  Man it's frustrating.  When I confront him
he says they're his friends, using other computers in his house.  Mean
time, they're all on at the same time, and only one is active online.  Very
frustrating.  And I don't have a firewall, well just the windows xp one. 
Is there a way I can manipulate that in some way?  I've tried the hosts
file, content advisor, but it seems they won't block incoming connections.

I've wanted that feature, and a feature to stop multiple users from using
the same ip (though it isn't always abuse).  For the latter, I've never
found a solution.  For the former, I'd suggest your firewall.

How can I ban certian ip's from connecting to my Elebbs system?  I've
searched around, but I've come up with nothing.  I have a few
    users abusing the system, and I'd like to just ban them by ip.  Thanks alot guys.
