Bloody engineers!

You can't even have a normal, run-of-the-mill heart attack like
everyone else.  Oh No.... you have to have all the gears, gadgets and
gizmos right there to measure it and see what a wonderful peice of
work an infarct can be.  

I sure hope you didn't upset yer dear Mum.  Imagine!
