Well yes, the modem is your credit card sized device. and if you want me
to open the box and just send the modem, I can do that. But if you want
the box, manuals, and software, then it'll cost a few bucks more. I'd
estimate $6, depending on where you are.
As for the software upgradeable, you just go to USRs website and d/l the
upgrade. Simple as that.
