 Sad isn't it. And you know why? Most renters are people who never had
to clean their room or help with the household chores while living
with their parents. Only when they own their own home do they finally
realize (maybe) ut oh! lol.

We're renters right now. Hubby and I. But we do care. It think it's
because we are seasoned home owners and once you've cared long enough
it becomes a habit. And we were both taught to respect other people's
property. These days parents aren't supposed to teach anything for ooh
fear of of of stifling johnnies creative drive.... no wonder so many
can barely read and care less about anything but their own little
selves.
