The configuration of WinPoint is currently stored in the Registry.  The
language files are currently INI based files (ie text) that are tied to the
application.  The only thing that should have to be updated will be the ini
files or other external files that will handle the language.

Should be able to drop in place without impacting the Current install of
WinPoint.
