Hmmn 40 seconds to go online?  Just a bit slow although security
is useful.
Does the U.S. navy use Clearnet equipment for the same sort of
things it would use a stu-3?
If they do, it is rather secure but you would need a place to
stick your encryption key into the phone.
Well you or me wouldn't want to spend $40 thousand on a Clearnet
scanner, but if there is something interesting enough, there are
people who would.
May be the c.i.a., the k.g.b. or just the local underworld, but
someone would bother to get one, unfortunately.
And if they are bothered by such things, they might even get a
warrant so their evidence is admissible in court.
