I actually just found the Netmodem site.  Unless I'm mis-reading it, it's 
actually the reverse of what I'm looking for, it looks like a telnet server.  
I've found plenty of inbound telnet servers out there, but I haven't found a 
single outbound (NT BBS -> Internet) telnet doors.  Please though, correct me 
if I'm wrong about Netmodem.  Thanks!
