Sounds familiar to me....seems like we both found what we were looking
for. I know I have.

Yeah. Understand. Have been in that place....still am, to a great
extent. I just raised my rates. Wow, is *that* an experience.

Yes. For me, that's where a good tax accountant/business advisor comes
in. Well worth the money they charge.

If the guy wants to lend you the 30 grand, it's *his* decision. If
you've explained the possible pitfalls, etc... At that point you are
no longer responsible for his decision.
Yes, investing in any new business is a risk. But Billy, I can't imagine
any business that you'd be better qualified in running.
