Poster is probably the best.  I lost it in a hard drive crash, but it
probably wouldn't be too hard to find.  It does a decent job on 80x50
screens, the 80x25 screens a a bit scrunched.  Let me know if you find
anything better.

Is there a good, easy to use program that I can use to convert gif to ansi?

I've found a couple, but they really don't work.
