This is true.  The criminals will have a field day with this.  The credit card 
numbers (standard stuff).  Anything that you can think of can be used against 
the people that are involved with this test city.  Thats what I think it 
really is.  A test to see if it can be done.  But the little hackers of the 
world will also have fun with this.  If the information pipe line of this 
system is stopped.  What will people do?  As it seems, every thing will be 
done by come sort of computer transaction.
