Hi Daniel,
          Quarterly costs ( every 3 months ) are about $38, and that's
it if you're not running a rental phone.
   You can get a phone with it for an extra $40..( waste of money )
but that'll increase the quarterly rental by another $7.50 to $45+.
   You're better off to buy a phone, then you'll save the $40 and the
rental.
