afraid of Trump.

I only recently read about how that happened -- the Federal Government
needed the Southern States to donate land for those forts.  Naming them
after Southern Generals helped to grease the deal.  Until recently, I
had not paid attention to who the forts were named after and what their
history was.  Even though I was in training classes at Fort Benning,
Georgia -- it was just a name.  Ditto for Fort Devons, Mass.

And I do not respect the confederate battle flag nor condone its usage
anywhere.  Somehow, my position on that is stronger than the names.
