I guess I am somewhere in the middle. The virus IS a serious thing and needs
to be dealt with in a common sense manner. But I see some powers that be
(Be them political, business, or media) that try and deal with the virus in
ways that in the long run will result in a much more negative effect that the
virus alone. As a result I go where I NEED and sometimes want to go. While
respecting others "Space" as much as possible in the process. I am a elderly
adult with pre-existing medical conditions which I guess makes me more
vulnerable but I refuse to let that hinder me any more that is necessary.
I have several friends that have been infected and are dealing with it as best
they can. Some are in the hospital and a couple are back at home as they are
getting better. I guess my real point is that we should take the virus
seriously
and deal with it in as an effective way as possible but at the same time not
over react and take actions end up making the damage done any more than is
necessary.
