True and sometimes we do try foods new to us just to say we did. :)

Three birthdays ago my daughter and her b/f and his mother took me out
to dinner at a very rustic cowboy country restaurant in the
Stockyards; the old downtown of Fort Worth. It was a beautiful day
(and evening. I had glass of champagne. That'll do it. Just to
shock the kids; hey we can do that too! Sweet revenge)-
who thought they were grossing me out see by ordering them. hehe...
I tried a rocky mountain oyster.. AND Escargot. Didn't care for the
first, the second was more garlic and mushroom than snail..
I was okay. I lived.

The reason I can't even LOOK at pickled pigs feet is from an episode
of the TV Drama "China Beach" where Delancy's character is eating
contest. In the scene where she is just about ready to pass out she's
eating a pigs foot... She ends up sicker than a dog with cholera I
think it was... GOod acting. YOU felt sick too!

Cindy

... I *did* read the docs. That's why I'm confused.
