I did not look to see if you were from the "great white north", but the
U.S.A. they never sold a '67 Tempest with a 283 in it. I know up there they
did put Chev engines in a few Pontiacs so maybe it is possible. Also the OHC
6 was not a 326, the 326 was a V-8, the OHC-6 was a 230. The 326 was a
debored version of the 389.
