You don't have to ask him . New York cad driver and conspiracy buff
Jerry Fletcher bells anyone in earshot about the secret movers, shakers
and assassins who really control things . When he tries to put justice
department attorney Alice Sutton in the know , he's run out of her
office . Soon both will be running for their lives .
 A crackpot theory in the newsletter Jerry publishes may be dangerously
true . But which one ?! Whatever it is , enigmatic Dr.Jones and his
associates aim to kill it and may be Jerry and Alice too .

    If the story sounds confusing , then wait until you see the movie !!
It's a far-fetched tale delivered with so many twists and turns that you
end up not caring who's after who or why . Thankfully Mel Gibson lends
the few exciting or funny moments are down to him .
 As for his coupling with Julia , it's just doesn't work . Both deliver
fine performances but any spark between them appears to have been damped
long before cameras started rolling .
 I'm afraid whether it's thrills , laughter or romance you're after
you'll find yourself ration with the movie .
after all I think it may hardly deserves : $$$
