Unless you are getting into heavy graphic insertions and lots of detailed
page mapping you can do most of what you would need for a mall newsletter 
ith
a regualr word processor. (I have produced some pretty complicated brocures
with only WP6.0 for dos). These may also be some shareware programms that 
ill
do what you need andmost of these cost under $ 50 to register.
