    Not when you consider it in view of what the middle class (which pays the 
bulk of taxes) gets from the government.  People in European welfare states 
get free college tuition, health care, and day care in exchange for 
taxes...but middle-class Americans get little from the government during 
their working years other than a new Form 1040 annually!
