It's my impression that Vorlons don't have physical bodies
so the only way to see them is telepathically.  If the Vorlons
tinkered with the DNA of the other intelligent species that
the Centari wiped out but not with Centari DNA then they
lack the ability to visualize the presence of a Vorlon.  Maybe.
