Actually that would be 30 pin to 72 pin simm.  I have 2 of these that
can be installed facing in either direction (card edge connections on
two sides).  Each holds 4 pieces of 30 pin SIMMs to go into a 72 pin
SIMMs slot.  $15 each shipped.
